Call to Order

The regular meeting of the Board of Directors was held on Tuesday, December 13, at Scooters, 2750 Miracle Mile, Bullhead City, AZ. The meeting was called to order at 11L55 a.m., by President Larry Adams.

Attendees

President Larry Adams; Secretary/Treasurer John Caponetto; Directors Shane Chester and Tonya Frederickson. Absent: 9’irectors Catherine-Lopez Rajaniemi, Chris Morgan, and Darryl Franklin.

Minutes

President Adams asked everyone if they read the Newsletter. Everyone said yes. President Adams asked for a motion to approve the November Board Minutes. Director Chester made a motion to approve the November Board Minutes. Director Frederickson seconded the motion. All were in favor. Motion passed.

Treasurer’s Report

President Adams asked for a motion to dispense reading of the Treasurer’s report. Director Chester made a motion to dispense reading of the Treasurer’s Report. Director Frederickson seconded the motion. All were in favor. Motion passed.

Old Business

President Adams said that the Colorado River Republican Women donated two $500 scholarships to the Academy of Building Industries school. President Adams also said that the Mohave Valley Contractors Association bought $1300 worth of books for the Academy of Building Industries school.

Christmas Party

There was a discussion on keeping the dinner tickets separate from the 50/50 raffle tickets. There was also a discussion on how to distribute the gifts. We will have a live band playing during the evening. Secretary/Treasurer Caponetto said he will have cash prizes in envelopes. Hopefully everyone brings a gift. Everyone will get a dinner ticket so that they can participate in a gift exchange. We will also be selling 50/50 tickets.

New Business

There was no new business to discuss.

Adjournment

President Adams asked if anyone had anything else to discuss. He then asked for a motion to adjourn. Director Chester made a motion to adjourn. Secretary/Treasurer Caponetto seconded the motion. All were in favor. Motion passed. Meeting adjourned at 12:03 p.m.
