Call To Order

The regular meeting of the Board of Directors was held on Tuesday, December 9, 2025, Scooters, 2750 Miracle Mile, Bullhead City, AZ.  The meeting was called to order at 12 p.m., by President Larry Adams.  

Attendees

President Larry Adams, Directors Bob King and Tonya Frederickson.  Absent: Secretary/Treasurer John Caponetto, Directors Larry Ojeda, Michael Andrews, Shane Chester, and Cathrine Lopez-Rajaniemi.  No quorum.                 

Minutes

President Larry Adams asked if they read the Newsletter.  President Larry Adams asked for a motion to approve the November Board Minutes.  Director Tonya Frederickson made a motion to approve the November Board Minutes.   Director Bob King seconded the motion.  All were in favor.  Motion passed.  

Treasurer’s Report

President Larry Adams asked for a motion to dispense reading of the Treasurer’s Report until January 2026 general/dinner meeting.  Director Tonya Frederickson made a motion to dispense reading of the Treasurer’s Report until January 2026 general/dinner meeting.  Director Bob King seconded the motion.  All were in favor.  Motion passed.

Old Business

Discussion was held regarding the upcoming Christmas party.  One dinner ticket will be handed out to each member.  There will also be tickets sold for the 50/50 drawing.  No dinner will be bought for the band.  There will also be the money envelopes.

President Larry Adams asked if anyone had anything else to discuss.  He then asked for a motion to adjourn.   Director Bob King made a motion to adjourn.  Director Tonya Frederickson seconded the motion.  All were in favor.  Motion passed.  Meeting adjourned at 12:17 p.m.
